So I am watching the 10:00 evening news right now, and KCRA 3 is reporting that the Sacramento City Council and property owner Mo Mohanna agreed in a closed session tonight to sell Mohanna's properties on the 700 & 800 blocks of K Street to the Sacramento Housing & Redevelopment Agency! The agreed upon price is apparently $18.6M.
I have heard two presentations by the Downtown Sacramento Partnership regarding development plans for this area...this is very cool. I look forward to the improvements to this part of Downtown Sacramento!!!
