I've been named as one of Sacramento "Top Dollar Sellers" by Homelight!

Homelight, a real estate rating company, published it's list of Top 40 Real Estate Agents in Sacramento this week, and I'm honored to be on the list of "Top Dollar Sellers." They define "Top Dollar Sellers" as agents who have the top listing price vs. final sales price ratio. My listings typically sell very close to their listing prices, and often above their listing prices. I attribute this to my knowledge of the Sacramento area real estate market, stellar marketing strategies, and my negotiation skill. My clients would probably say the same things. Anyway, it's nice to be recognized...now back to work!
