Clever idea from one of my buyers - diagramming your furniture layout...

Last Thursday was home inspection day for one of my buyers at their soon-to-be Carmichael home -- we knocked out a home inspection, sewer line inspection, pool inspection, chimney inspection, and termite inspection in about a 6-hour period. We had a lot of time to spend hanging out in the house while the inspectors did their inspecting, and my buyers did something I thought was creative during our time there that day...they brought all of the measurements for their furniture, some blue masking tape, and a measuring tape. They diagrammed their furniture configuration in each room! I thought the idea was worth sharing...very clever!
