It's nice to be appreciated for my short sale expertise...AND high level of service...

Today at my regular Monday morning office meeting, my managing broker read a letter that a recently closed short sale client sent in. One thing many folks do not realize is that in addition to negotiating my own short sale listings, because of my expertise in closing short sales, other agents retain me to negotiate their Sacramento short sale listings for them. In this specific instance, I assisted another agent in my Dunnigan Realtors office and negotiated a pretty complicated short sale with HSBC Mortgage. It's nice to be appreciated. =)
