Sacramento County Real Estate Statistics - May 2009


Hmm...if you read my post last month about April 2009 Sacramento Real Estate Statistics, you will remember that I commented on the (under) supply and (over) demand in Sacramento County. Our inventory here has decreased yet again, and we have a 2.7 month supply of homes. 6 months of inventory is widely regarded as a balanced market with buyer/seller equilibrium. Well, Sacramento County's median price jumped pretty substantially last month. Will it continue?
