New Cell Phone Laws...

I think there is a lot of confusion about the new law that goes into effect next week regarding the use of cell phones while driving. I have heard people discussing the new law and everyone seems to have a different idea of what is really happening. For example, is actually a different set of rules for drivers under 18...also it is not necessarily illegal to dial your phone or send a text message while driving. Anyway, DMV has a Q&A section set up regarding this law...
