Well if you do, you may be in luck!! The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District is receiving sealed bids for Station 110 at 1616 Mission Avenue near Arden Way. The station has been closed for about a year, and per local guidelines has to be offered to other state and local government entities first. If there are no bids, then the public can bid on it!
The station is approximately a 19,800-square-foot building on a 39,009-square-foot property.
